Tony’s area of expertise is Family Law. He is briefed to advise and appear in matters involving complex financial disputes wherein his knowledge of trusts, insolvency and commercial law is invaluable. He accepts Briefs in parenting disputes, regularly appearing as Counsel appointed as Independent Children’s Lawyer.
Tony also undertakes matters related to Commercial, Crime, Insolvency and Succession Law.
Tony’s practice sees him regularly appearing in the Sydney metropolitan area, as well as regional New South Wales, the ACT and interstate. He is a member of Blackburn Chambers in Canberra.
Tony is a Member of the Succession and Protective Law Committee of the New South Wales Bar Association.
