Stephen’s field of expertise is Crime however he has extensive knowledge in the areas of Equity, ADR and Administrative Law.
Stephen appears regularly in the Supreme, District and Local Courts in Sydney and interstate. He also undertakes appearances before investigatory bodies, such as the ICAC. Internationally, he appears in superior courts in Fiji and Tonga.
Stephen has been briefed to appear in court and attend on mediations/arbitrations in the USA, Canada, Doha Qatar, Cook Islands, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Singapore. He has also appeared before the Judicial Committee of Her Majesty’s Privy Council in the United Kingdom and the International Criminal Court at The Hague, The Netherlands.
