Marie’s expertise is in the areas of Family Law and Succession Law.
Marie specialises in Family Law matters involving financial/property, parenting, child support and maintenance, binding financial agreements and relocation and Succession Law, including family provision claims, testamentary capacity, undue influence and disputed probate matters.
Marie accepts Briefs to appear throughout New South Wales and interstate.
Marie holds national accreditation as a mediator. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators and is accredited as a mediator with AIFLAM. She is accredited as an Arbitrator of financial disputes under the Family Law Act and is also available to act as a Mediator of Family Law disputes.
